A recent cusomer brought to us his boat with the 2 old 5.0ltr petrol v8 engines and asked us to put a new diesel into it. We opted for a single 320hp 4.2ltr diesel Mercuriser QSD. This engine is a full electronic conrolled engine that now cruises using 30 ltrs an hour of diesel compared to the old petrols which used 50 ltrs a hour each at the same cruising speed approx.
